Leaving our old church where we served as technical director and on the worship team, and finding a new home at a much larger church left us in a season where we needed rest and refreshment.
Like most seasons, it is only for a time, and God showed us it was time to serve again. But where and how was the question? We’d gotten the younger boys involved is Awanas and the older boys going to Elevate, Summit’s student ministry. But Triste and I were still trying to figure out where God would have us serve……..
Couple of things happened to start bringing it together. Triste has always had a great voice and enjoyed worship. Me, I’m a worshipper, but never thought I could sing a lick! God says make a joyful noise, not a great sounding one! 
Triste thought we should get involved with the worship team. So we started attending practice and God’s really blessed us in stepping out!
